Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Orchestra, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including those on a free trial.

2. The Service

Orchestra is a client communication management tool that helps agencies track client conversations, connect third-party tools, and manage client relationships. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter contracts on behalf of your agency.
  • One account per person. You may not share accounts.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Orchestra. Trial accounts are limited to the Starter plan feature set.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Orchestra for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Resell or redistribute access to Orchestra.
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the data you input into Orchestra. We do not claim any rights to your client data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the service to you.

8. Integrations

When you connect third-party services (e.g. Slack), you authorize Orchestra to access and store data from those services on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share that data with us, including any data relating to your clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

Orchestra is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Orchestra after that date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
