Orchestra ("we", "us", or "our") is a client communication management platform for agencies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service at orchestra-flame.vercel.app.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: Your name, agency name, and email address when you sign up.
• Client data: Names, contact details, and notes you add about your clients.
• Integration data: Messages and conversations from connected tools (e.g. Slack) that you explicitly authorize.
• Billing information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and basic analytics to improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Orchestra service.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, receipts).
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To improve and develop new features.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your client data to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication (data stored in the US)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Slack — optional integration you authorize

Each third party has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial purposes (e.g. invoices).

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing orchestra-beta@zohomail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication only (to keep you logged in). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in the app.
